Eat Right For Your Type by Peter J. D’Adamo, N. D.
This book's basic premise is that the ABO blood type is the most important factor in determining a healthy diet. According to his theory, people with Type O are "hunters" and thrive on a meat-rich diet. Type A's should be vegetarians, while Type B's should eat more dairy products.
Without going any further, any medical professional or even a first-year medical student would tell you that this idea is unbelievable. Just as your liver does not control your thoughts and emotions, the blood groups have nothing to do with the metabolism of food. Also, there are people with the B blood type who are lactose-intolerant, and should not consume dairy. Just that alone puts into dispute his entire argument, which is full of loop-holes.
A more thorough critique of the Blood Type Diet is described by Dr. M. Klaper. Read his essay for some excellent arguments disputing this quack theory.
Welcome
Lately, I have noticed the emergence of a number of fradulent health fads, particularly dieting strategies and purportedly secret "miracle cures." Many of these are created by irresponsible people with no medical training. They make large profits, while decieving and harming the public with their quackery. The aim of this blog is to inform you about some of these schemes, so that you could make the right decisions.

You are obviously uninformed or a paid hack. Dr d'Adamao is an accredited and credible Naturopathic Scientist and a world recognized authority on Epigenetics and Human Individuality in how they inform diet and health. Whenever some junk information or junk food industry feels threatened you hacks, quacks get out the daggers. Grow up and make a real contribution. Your children and grandchildren will pay the price for all of the credible science you block.

Actually, the credibility and diet have been debunked by studies conducted at the University of Toronto.
The American Pharmaceutical industry was behind the study that supposedly debunked the diet. After all BIG PHARMA would lose a lot of money should the American public learn the truth. Unfortunately, many physicians in this country receive a kick back for some of the prescriptions they prescribe to their patients. For Example, for every Chemotherapy session, some oncologists receive 6% of the total cost of treatment back in their pocket. It all boils down to greed. Maybe a better choice would be a naturalistic physician to treat the disease.
